JMF Motorsports’ Multi-Series Success Story

JMF Motorsports’ Multi-Series Success Story

Canadian outfit JMF Motorsports has emerged as one of the standout stories of the SRO America season, expanding their operations into three different championships and delivering winning results across the board.

With victories in GT World Challenge America powered by AWS, Pirelli GT4 America, and TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing School, the team has quickly proven itself as a rising powerhouse in North American sports car racing.

GT World Challenge America powered by AWS

The team’s flagship program fields the No. 34 Mercedes-AMG GT3 in the Pro class, piloted by Michai Stephens and Mercedes-AMG performance driver Mikaël Grenier. The duo has been a revelation in their debut campaign together, currently sitting second in the championship standings.

Stephens, stepping into GT3 competition for the first time after previously having competed with JMF Motorsports in Pirelli GT4 America, has shined alongside the experienced Grenier. The pair have collected four wins and seven podiums in twelve rounds, finishing off the podium only once all season. Their victories came at Sonoma Raceway, Circuit of The Americas, Road America, and Barber Motorsports Park, underscoring their consistency and ability to deliver at any venue.

As they prepare to take on their biggest challenge of the season, the Indy 8 Hour, they will be joined by DTM star and Platinum-rated driver Lucas Auer. Hailing from Austria, Auer is a fellow Mercedes-AMG performance driver, and claimed the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup and the overall drivers' titles.

The talented trio will be aiming to cross the yard of bricks first in just a couple of weeks’ time, with hopes of clinching the championship crown in the process.

JMF also fields a two-car Aston Martin Vantage GT4 effort in the Silver class, with both lineups emerging as frequent podium threats.

The No. 4 pairing of Braydon Arthur and Aston Martin Driver Academy graduate Mike David Ortmann have been the most consistent, banking one win and five podiums en route to third in the championship standings.

Meanwhile, the No. 3 duo of Jesse Webb and Jonathan Neudorf have also impressed, earning three podium finishes and holding fifth in the championship standings. With two competitive lineups, JMF has shown it can challenge for wins with both cars on any given weekend.

TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing School

JMF’s expansion reached new ground in the TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing School series, where the team entered a pair of Toyota GR Corolla TC machines.

Young Canadian Jonathan Neudorf has been the breakout star of the campaign, driving the No. 4 Toyota to four wins, including a stunning tripleheader clean sweep at Barber Motorsports Park, and one further podium finish. Neudorf also secured the first-ever SRO victory for the Toyota GR Corolla TC, stamping both his and JMF’s name in the history books.

Teammate Antonio Costantino, driving the No. 3 Toyota, continues to make strides in his rookie season, scoring several Top 5 results as he chases his first podium.

A Year of Milestones

For a team that only recently broadened its horizons in the SRO America paddock, JMF Motorsports’ growth has been nothing short of remarkable. By fielding competitive cars across three platforms, which has come with plenty of celebrations along the way, the Canadian squad has established itself as a serious force.

With championships still to be decided, JMF Motorsports heads into the season finale with strong momentum and the clear message that they are here to stay.
