Practice 2 Results
Porsche set the pace in Practice 2 to close out the Thursday running at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. The beginning of the session was interupted by a red flag, but the Pirelli GT4 America field were able to get back on track to dial in their machines ahead of tomorrow morning's Qualifying sessions. Championship leader and Atlanta local Spencer Pumpelly rose to the top with his No. 028 RS1 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport as he and teammate Luca Mars seek a fourth consecutive victory following their Lone Star Le Mans double points win and Sebring sweep. Tyler Gonzalez and Westin Workman followed just 0.080 seconds behind in the No. 68 RAFA Racing Team Toyota Gazoo Racing GR Supra GT4 EVO2. The Pro-Am No. 38 BimmerWorld BMW M4 GT4 (G82) EVO of Tyler McQuarrie and Michael Petramalo went first in class and third overall, followed by the No. 51 Auto Technic Racing BMW of Kevin Boehm and Francis Selldorff. The top five was rounded out by Matt Travis and Matheus Leist on board the No. 47 NOLASPORT Porsche.
