The 2026 Global GT4 Manufacturer Championship continues to intensify as the season progresses, with 32 rounds now completed across championships around the world.
Toyota has maintained its position at the top of the standings and continues to gradually extend its advantage over the competition. The Japanese manufacturer now leads the championship with 706 points, ahead of BMW M in second place on 620 points, while Porsche occupies third with 535 points.
While the overall order at the front of the standings has remained unchanged for some time, the story beneath the surface continues to evolve. Manufacturers have found success in different regions and championships around the globe, resulting in shifting momentum as the season unfolds.
Although Pirelli GT4 America enters its summer break, the global championship fight is far from slowing down, with numerous races still to come across Europe, Asia, and Australia in the interim.
Toyota
Road Atlanta was not Toyota’s strongest event from a points perspective, though there were still several noteworthy performances from the manufacturer’s customer teams.
The highlight of the weekend came in Race 2, where the No. 68 Toyota Gazoo Racing GR Supra GT4 EVO2 of Westin Workman and Tyler Gonzalez earned a third-place finish in the Silver class. Elsewhere in the field, Precision Racing LA delivered a solid performance, with Ryan Eversley and Karl Forman guiding the No. 03 entry to a top-five finish.
Despite a quieter weekend in Georgia, Toyota’s strong results in GT4 championships around the world have enabled the manufacturer to retain a comfortable lead atop the global standings.
BMW
BMW M once again enjoyed a productive weekend, continuing its trend of accumulating strong points hauls through consistent podium finishes and race victories.
ACI Motorsports led the charge for the Bavarian manufacturer, sweeping the Am class across both races with the No. 21 entry of Alex and Michael Garcia.
Auto Technic Racing also scored back-to-back P2 finishes in the Silver class, with BimmerWorld doing the same in the Am category. As for Random Vandals Racing, the team enjoyed multiple podium performances, with P3 in Silver, two second place results in Pro-Am, and a P3 in the Am class.
Porsche
Porsche customer teams once again demonstrated impressive pace and consistency at Road Atlanta, emerging as the highest-scoring manufacturer across the two races with 57 points, just three more than BMW.
RS1 continued to set the benchmark in the Silver class, extending its remarkable winning streak to five consecutive victories. The team swept the weekend for the second event in a row following a superb Sebring and amazing Atlanta.
NOLASPORT also enjoyed a successful event in the Pro-Am category, earning a third-place finish in Race 1.
