Dexter Racing Add New Aston Martin Vantage GT4 for 2021 Competition

Building on 2020 success in GT4 Sprint X competition, Dexter Racing plans to start the 2021 season off with a bang by adding a new chassis to the team’s 2021 SRO GT4 America campaign. The team aims to expand 2020 successes with the addition of the Aston Martin Vantage GT4 platform. The addition of the Aston Martin platform enables the team a multi-faceted attack of the 2021 SRO GT4 America schedule.

“We plan to build on our 2020 learnings in the series,” commented team owner Zane Dexter. “The team found the Aston Martin platform to be an exceptional choice and we  are excited to be in the Aston Martin fold and compete for a championship in 2021.”

Standout driver duo Warren and Ryan Dexter teamed up with different co-drivers during the 2020 season and the team will be announcing its final 2021 driver lineup in the near future.

The team begins pre-season testing in January with the new chassis, adding new team members to the engineering and development side of the program. Specific areas of focus will be the shorter format for the new GT America Sprint series and a concentration on team strategy for the multi-driver SprintX competition format.

The 2021 GT4 America season gets underway at Sonoma Raceway March 5-7. Dexter Racing aims to repeat a standout 2020 success at Sonoma in which the team finished with multiple podiums in class and a standout drive through the field late in the race.
