Sonoma, Calif - Mid-way through the season-opening practice session Jason Hart took the #47 NOLASPORT Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 to the top of the time sheets with an impressive 1:46.297 lap time around Sonoma Raceway. Jeroen Bleekemolen put the #54 Black Swan Racing Porsche Cayman CS MR second, just .016 seconds behind. Kenton Koch and the #15 BSport Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT4 would finish the third overall.
The Silver class would be led by Kenny Murillo and the #72 Murillo Racing Mercedes-AMG GT4 with a fastest lap of 1:46.964, which would be good enough for seventh overall. Tim Barber in the #22 CCR Racing/Team TFB BMW M4 GT4 would land second in class with Jon Miller and the #94 BimmerWorld Racing BMW M4 GT4 third.
Kris Wilson would put the #16 Capstone Motorsports Mercedes-AMG GT4 on top of the Am class with a best lap of 1:48.034, 13th fastest overall. Russell Walker and the #46 NOLASPORT Porsche would finish second in class with the #5 Motorsports USA McLaren 570S GT4 of Michael McAleenan third.
