Indianapolis, Indiana - The Pirelli GT4 America paddock took to Indianapolis Motor Speedway to qualify for Race 1 scheduled at 9:15 AM on Saturday morning. The heat is on high in Pro-Am to see how the championship podium will fill out, with NOLASPORT, Premier Racing, and Flying Lizard Motorsport all vying for the top. The Am championship has already been clinched by BimmerWorld, but only once the checkered flies Sunday morning at noon will we find out who climbs the podium with them.

Race 1

In the Silver class, the #18 RS1 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport (Stevan McAleer/Eric Filgueiras) will lead racers cross the start/finish line for McAleer’s 1:29.745, followed by the #34 Conquest Racing/JMF Motorsports Mercedes-AMG GT4 of Gavin Sanders/Michai Stephens after setting a 1:30.157. A 1:31.005 earned the #68 Smooge Racing Toyota GR Supra GT4 of Kevin Conway and John Geesbreght the third spot just behind the #18 and #34.

Pro-Am will see the #24 Heart of Racing Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT4 (Gray Newell/Ian James) at the front after Newell laid down a 1:30.608, followed by #50 Chouest Povoledo Racing Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT4 (Ross Chouest/Aaron Povoledo) thanks to a 1:30.866. Behind them will be the #120 Premier Racing Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport (Adam Adelson/Elliot Skeer) thanks to Adelson’s solid 1:31.064.

The #35 Conquest Racing Mercedes-AMG GT4 (Custodio Toledo/Paulo Carcasci) laid down a 1:31-flat, well ahead of the rest of the Am pack. Up next, the #36 BimmerWorld BMW M4 GT4 (Charlie Postins/James Clay) have already clinched the championship, but their 1:31.564 earned the Am put them in P2 nonetheless. Right behind them will be the #38 STR38 Motorsports BMW M4 GT4 (Ramana Lagemann/Robert Mau) after Lagemann’s 1:31.711.

Race 2

At the top of the Silver running order shall be the #34 Conquest Racing/JMF Motorsports Mercedes-AMG GT4 (Michai Stephens/Gavin Sanders) after laying down a 1:30.217, followed closely by the #33 Forbush Performance Toyota GR Supra GT4 (Matt Forbush/Caleb Bacon) after setting a 1:30.220. Right behind them will sit the #51 Auto Technic Racing BMW M4 GT4 (Austen Smith/Zack Anderson) after laying down a 1:30.228.

Next up in Pro-Am, the #47 NOLASPORT Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport (Scott Noble/Jason Hart) put down a sub-1:30 of 1:29.926 to take P1 in class, followed by the #8 Flying Lizard Motorsports Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT4 (Elias Sabo/Andy Lee) after setting a 1:29.968. Completing the top three is the #120 Premier Racing Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport (Adam Adelson/Elliot Skeer) who set a 1:30.037.

Am will see the #20 Carrus Callas Raceteam Toyota GR Supra GT4 of Nick Shanny and Terry Borcheller at the front after laying down a 1:30.379, and to their right will be Custodio Toledo and Paulo Carcasci in the #35 Conquest Racing Mercedes-AMG GT4 after Carcasci set a 1:30.534. The #19 NOLASPORT Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport (Alain Stad/Kris Wilson) sits right behind after Wilson’s 1:30.565.

Race 1 takes to the tarmac at 9:15 AM on Saturday, and Race 2 at 11:00 AM on Sunday.
