For Copeland Motorsports drivers Tyler Gonzalez and Tyler Maxson, it is time to head to NOLA Motorsports Park for the second event weekend in the Pirelli GT4 America program. Taking on the 16-turn, 2.75-mile NOLA Motorsports Park facility behind the wheel of their Toyota Supra GT4, the duo will hit the track for the first time in nearly a month.
After the events of the first race at Sonoma, Gonzalez and Maxson are ready to get back on track and give everyone another reason to focus their eyes on Copeland Motorsports.
“I am ready to get back into our car and take on NOLA Motorsports Park head-on!” expressed Maxson. “After having to use a loaner car in Sonoma and missing much of the practice time, it will be great to be back in our own car and back on track.”
Tyler Gonzalez will return to the Toyota Supra after a historic drive during the inaugural GR Cup North America race at Sonoma Raceway. Sweeping the weekend by earning the pole position and winning both races, Gonzalez has set his mind on conquering NOLA Motorsports Park.
“After winning in Sonoma, I have switched my focus and turned it into my drive for this coming weekend. I have trust and confidence that it will be another successful weekend and look forward to showing what Tyler and I can do behind the wheel,” added Gonzalez. “We are all ready to restart our season this weekend.”
The #74 Toyota Gazoo Racing GR Supra GT4 car of Tyler Gonzalez and Tyler Maxson will hit the track just past noon on Friday carving the way for a weekend to look forward to.
