Pirelli GT4 America Saddles Up for Fan-Favorite Lone Star Enduro at COTA

Pirelli GT4 America is landing Circuit of The Americas for CieloVision GT World Texas powered by Samsung, where the championship returns to SRO America’s home race for the highly anticipated Lone Star Enduro. As the third round of the season, the three-hour contest brings a unique challenge to the grid by offering double points and the potential to significantly shape the early championship picture.

Following a competitive opening weekend at Sonoma Raceway, teams arrive in Austin with momentum building and stakes rising. Toyota leads the Global GT4 Manufacturer Championship with 296 points, followed by BMW with 153 and Mercedes-AMG with 125, setting the stage for a pivotal weekend in Texas.

BMW  
 
BMW heads to COTA after a commanding performance across all three classes at Sonoma, where the manufacturer consistently featured at the front of the field. Auto Technic Racing delivered a strong double-podium weekend in both Silver and Pro-Am categories, while Stephen Cameron Racing and BimmerWorld added to the tally with podium finishes of their own. Random Vandals Racing stood out with victories in both Pro-Am and Am competition in Race 2, with the Am class podium further completed by ACI Motorsports and Flying Lizard Motorsports, marking a clean sweep for BMW.

Ford  

Ford continues to build its Mustang GT4 program following a strong debut performance at Sonoma. TechSport Racing’s Frankie Muniz and Tyler Stone secured a podium finish in Race 1, marking an encouraging start for the platform in SRO America competition. With additional entries from McCumbee McAleer Racing and LAP Motorsports, the Mustang lineup will look to build on that early success in the demanding lengthened format at COTA.

McLaren

McLaren returns to COTA with continued momentum from Blackdog Racing, which added another podium finish to its tally with a second-place result in Race 2 at Sonoma. Alongside entries from OGH Motorsports and Advance Motorsports, the Artura GT4 platform remains a consistent presence across multiple classes.

Mercedes-AMG 

Mercedes-AMG arrives at COTA with continued growth across its GT4 program, highlighted by Dome Motorsport’s expanded two-car effort in 2026. The team made an immediate impact at Sonoma, earning a podium finish in the Am class.

Porsche 

Porsche heads to Texas following a strong showing at Sonoma, highlighted by NOLASPORT’s Pro-Am victory in Race 1. RS1 also secured a podium finish in the Silver class, while multiple teams demonstrated the pace and consistency of the 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport across categories. With a large and competitive lineup returning for COTA, Porsche entries will once again be key contenders throughout the field.

Toyota 

Toyota enters the Lone Star Enduro as the current leader in the Global GT4 Manufacturer Championship, bolstered by a dominant performance from RAFA Racing Team in the season opener. Tyler Gonzalez and Westin Workman swept the Silver class weekend at Sonoma, immediately establishing themselves as championship favorites. With additional entries from Precision Racing LA and RAFA Racing Team, Toyota’s GR Supra GT4 platform will be a major force as the field tackles the three-hour challenge.
