The heat continued to build at Sebring International Raceway as the Pirelli GT4 America field took to the track for a pair of 15-minute qualifying sessions, setting the grids for Race 1 later this afternoon and Race 2 on Saturday.
RS1 made a strong statement in the Silver class with a pair of pole positions, while Dome Motorsport and NOLASPORT led the way in Pro-Am. ACI Motorsports also delivered a clean sweep in Am, setting the benchmark across both sessions.
Silver Class
Qualifying 1
Spencer Pumpelly led the way in the opening qualifying session, going fastest in both the Silver class and overall aboard the No. 028 RS1 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport. Pumpelly delivered a strong lap of 2:10.740 to secure pole position for Race 1, giving RS1 the early advantage at Sebring. Westin Workman continued RAFA Racing Team’s strong season form, placing second in class in the No. 68 Toyota Gazoo Racing GR Supra GT4 EVO2, while Kevin Boehm completed the top three in Silver in the No. 51 AutoTechnic Racing BMW.
Qualifying 2
RS1 kept the momentum rolling in the second qualifying session, with Lucas Mars going quickest in the Silver class in the No. 028 Porsche. Although he narrowly missed out on the outright overall pole position, Mars still secured a front row starting spot for Race 2, putting RS1 in prime position to fight at the front once again. Tyler Gonzalez matched his teammate’s performance for RAFA Racing Team, earning another second-place result in class, while Josh Green moved the No. 98 Random Vandals Racing BMW into third in Silver. Green will have a little bit of ground to make up to his class competitors when the green flag flies, starting sixth overall.
Pro-Am Class
Qualifying 1
Allen Patten set the tone in Pro-Am during the first qualifying session, going quickest in class and breaking into the top five overall in the No. 39 Dome Motorsport Mercedes-AMG GT4. Sam Craven followed in second place in class and eighth overall on board the No. 94 Random Vandals Racing BMW, while Matt Travis secured third in Pro-Am and ninth overall for the No. 47 NOLASPORT Porsche, giving the class a tightly packed starting order heading into the afternoon race.
Qualifying 2
Matheus Leist rose to the top in Qualifying 2, placing the No. 47 NOLASPORT Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport on overall pole position with a flying lap of 2:10.392. Leist’s lap was the fastest across both qualifying sessions, giving NOLASPORT a strong buffer at the front of the field for Race 2. Michael Cooper qualified second in Pro-Am and fourth overall in the No. 33 Blackdog Racing McLaren Artura GT4, while Kenton Koch will line up just behind in third in class and fifth overall in the No. 94 Random Vandals Racing BMW.

Am Class
Qualifying 1
Michael Garcia led the charge in Am for ACI Motorsports, going fastest in class while also slotting into the top 10 overall in the No. 21 BMW M4 GT4 EVO. Garcia built a bit of a gap over his closest class competitors, with James Walker Jr. qualifying second in Am and fourteenth overall with his No. 36 BimmerWorld BMW, and Judson Holt completing the top three in the category in the No. 188 Random Vandals Racing BMW, slotting into sixteenth overall.
Qualifying 2
ACI Motorsports doubled up in the Am class in Qualifying 2, with Alex Garcia putting the No. 21 BMW back on top of the category. His performance completed a sweep of Am class pole positions for the team, carrying their strong qualifying form into both races. Denny Stripling qualified second in class in the No. 188 Random Vandals Racing BMW, while Kris Wilson rounded out the top three in the No. 413 Flying Lizard Motorsports BMW.
