SRO America Enhances Race Weekend Operations with PACETEQ Integration

While the summer break has put a brief pause on the championship battles, the hard work and preparation continues behind the scenes. Before returning to competition at Road America later this summer, SRO America remains focused on strengthening its race weekend operations through the integration of ONE CONTROL by PACETEQ, an advanced AI-native race control platform.

ONE CONTROL is designed to enhance officiating processes and improve operational efficiency by bringing together multiple race control data streams. This includes live video, timing and scoring, telemetry, GPS information, and race control communications, all of which are incorporated into a single platform and providing race officials access to comprehensive data in real time. As a result, it enables them to make faster and more informed decisions throughout an event.

Rather than replacing existing systems, ONE CONTROL serves as a unified data backbone that integrates seamlessly into established race weekend workflows. The platform supports every area of Race Control operations to help improve collaboration between officials and entrants while maintaining the high standards expected across SRO America's numerous championships.

For SRO America, the implementation represents another step in the organization's ongoing commitment to innovation, safety, and delivering world-class event experiences. The same integrated data infrastructure creates opportunities for enhanced broadcast storytelling, streamlined content creation, and future fan engagement initiatives.

“Partnering with SRO America to bring best-in-class Race Control software to their championships has been a natural fit from day one,” said Alexander Bodo, Founder & CEO of PACETEQ. “What we're deploying this season is just the first step—laying the data infrastructure that connects every source on a race weekend into a single backbone. SRO America exemplifies what a forward-thinking series looks like: practical, open to innovation, and clear-eyed about the value technology creates across their entire ecosystem. With that foundation in place, leveraging AI at scale is our natural next step together.”

“Bringing together multiple sources of input into a consolidated program where the Race Control Team can efficiently review incidents, positioning, and timing data has greatly streamlined the processes for all of the SRO America programs,” added SRO America Race Director John Maesky. “Additionally, the forward thinking of the PACETEQ organization promises many attractive upgrades in the near future to further improve that various tools in play already.”

Built on experience supporting some of the world's premier motorsport championships across various disciplines, PACETEQ developed its platform to meet the demands of environments where time is of the essence and every decision must be backed by reliable real-time data. By integrating the technology into its event operations, SRO America is continuing to invest in the tools that improve race management today while establishing the infrastructure for future advancements in AI-powered officiating, operational analytics, and broadcast capabilities.

As the collaboration continues to evolve, SRO America and PACETEQ will continue exploring new ways to leverage integrated data and artificial intelligence to best support officials, and further elevate the experience across the board for everyone involved in making race weekends possible and successful.
