After a previous test session first thing Thursday morning, the Pirelli GT4 America field headed out for the championship's first official practice session of the weekend at Road America. Bright blue skies set the scene as the field roared around America's National Park of Speed, and it was the No. 131 Advance Motorsports McLaren Artura GT4 of Austin Jurs and Parker DeLong that set the pace and went quickest. The No. 68 RAFA Racing Team Toyota Gazoo Racing GR Supra GT4 EVO2 of Tyler Gonzalez and Westin Workman finished just 0.040 seconds behind in second. The two Kellymoss Porsche entries made their way into the top five, with Riley Dickinson and Erika Hoffman slotting into third place in their No. 73 machine, while Loni Unser and Ashley Freiberg rounded off the session in fifth in the No. 24 car, separated by the Random Vandals Racing Pro-Am entry of Sam Craven and Kenton Koch in fourth in the No. 94 BMW M4 GT4 (G82) EVO.
