The 2026 Pirelli GT4 America season has officially come to a close, with championship titles decided across the Silver, Pro-Am, and Am classes following the final doubleheader at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. However, the battle for global manufacturer supremacy is not over just yet, with five international rounds remaining on the 2026 Global GT4 Manufacturer Championship calendar.
BMW M continues to lead the standings with 1,566 points, but Toyota made significant gains at the Brickyard, moving within striking distance with 1,535 points. Porsche remains third with 1,460 points as the fight for the global crown enters its final stages.
Just 31 points now separate BMW M and Toyota, setting up a compelling battle across the remaining international events. With the American season complete, the manufacturers will turn their attention overseas, where every result could prove decisive in determining the 2026 champion.
BMW M
BMW M endured a more challenging weekend at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, collecting 28 points across the two 60-minute sprint races as its lead in the global standings came under increased pressure from Toyota.
ACI Motorsports led the way for BMW in Race 1, taking the Am-class victory, while Rigid Speed Company completed the class podium with a third-place finish. Random Vandals Racing secured a second-place finish in the Pro-Am category and added valuable points to the manufacturer's tally.
Despite the solid results, BMW M was unable to match Toyota's impressive points haul over the weekend. The manufacturer now holds a narrow 31-point advantage heading into the final five international rounds.
Toyota
Toyota emerged as one of the biggest winners at Indianapolis, delivering a standout performance that brought the manufacturer within touching distance of BMW M in the global championship.
RAFA Racing Team swept the Silver class across the season-ending doubleheader, taking victories in both races and delivering a perfect points haul for Toyota. The results earned the manufacturer 50 points across the two rounds, providing a significant boost to its championship campaign.
The performance was especially notable for the RAFA Racing Team, which came agonizingly close to securing the Silver championship crown, ultimately missing out by just a single point.
With five international rounds remaining, the Japanese manufacturer has a genuine opportunity to overturn the deficit and fight for the global title.
Porsche
Porsche continued to collect good points at Indianapolis, with ACI Motorsports and NOLASPORT delivering podium finishes across both races. The former opened the weekend with a third-place finish in the Silver class in Race 1 before returning to the podium in Race 2, this time securing second place.
NOLASPORT also contributed to Porsche's points haul in the second race, with a runner-up finish in the Pro-Am category.
The manufacturer trails Toyota by 75 points and BMW M by 106, and while the gap to the leading manufacturers is larger, Porsche still has five rounds in which to make up ground as the international season reaches its conclusion.
