Advance Motorsports is proud to announce that rising sports car driver Parker DeLong will join the team for the upcoming GT4 America rounds at Road America, where he will make his GT4 debut behind the wheel of the McLaren Artura GT4 alongside teammate Austin Jurs.
DeLong enters the event after establishing himself as one of the sport's promising young talents through multiple seasons competing in both the Toyota GR Cup North America and the Mazda MX-5 Cup, two of North America's most competitive single-make development series. His experience racing in tightly contested fields has earned him a reputation as a determined and disciplined competitor, making the transition into GT4 racing a natural next step in his career.
Road America provides an ideal setting for DeLong's first GT4 start. The legendary 4.048-mile circuit is one of the most iconic road courses in North America and presents a unique challenge as drivers balance high-speed straights, heavy braking zones, and technical corner sequences throughout the weekend.
For Advance Motorsports, the event represents another important milestone as the family-owned organization continues building its presence within SRO GT4 America while providing opportunities for emerging drivers to advance their careers at the professional level.
Founded by Todd and Austin Jurs, Advance Motorsports was established with a vision of building a championship-caliber sports car racing program centered around professionalism, driver development, and long-term growth. Since launching its GT4 program, the team has continued to expand both on and off the racetrack while competing with the McLaren Artura GT4 platform in one of North America's premier sports car championships.
Joining Austin Jurs for the Road America weekend, DeLong brings valuable experience from highly competitive sprint racing environments and looks to translate that success into GT4 competition. His addition further reflects Advance Motorsports' commitment to working with talented drivers pursuing careers at the highest levels of professional sports car racing.
