When the UAB Medicine GT World Alabama benefiting Teal Wing of Hope weekend rolls into Barber Motorsports Park September 25-27, the on-track action won’t be the only competition worth watching. Down in the paddock, the Birmingham Car Festival presented by Corsa Crew turns fans into judges, giving everyday drivers and incredible vehicles alike a shot at cash prizes, a trophy, and bragging rights.
The Festival unfolds at Barber Motorsports Park, the iconic and picturesque 2.38-mile, 17-turn road course. The gates open at 8:00 AM CT each day of the event and will stay open one hour after the final race. General admission ticket holders get access to the Festival all weekend, so fans can wander back throughout the three days to check on their favorite entries and keep voting.
A Show Fans Actually Decide
Formerly known as the Car Corral, the Birmingham Car Festival has grown into a full-blown fan-judged contest. Any make or model is welcome to roll in and compete for Fan Favorite, creating a lot of variety across the lineup.
